A few months ago I shared changes that have been taking place in the business: My returning to full-time work in the tech industry in 2020, our new Operations Manager & Roaster Jenny, etc.
On the business side I'm also happy to report that back in May we reshuffled the ownership structure of the business and restructured our business debt into a position that will give RSR a very stable foundation from which to move forward.
But what I'm still wrestling with as owner and founder of RSR is how to successfully move us into Chapter 2 of our life as a business. I'm no longer "the star founder" working in the business all the time, sending regular updates to social media channels, for example.
Since one of our core values has always been Relationships, it seems only natural to ask for your help, kind RSR fans!
So to help get the re-imagination process started, I put together this quick survey that asks for 3 Words that you think of when you think of RSR. There's also a chance to give more than 3 words if you have any additional thoughts to share.
