- Sample – Cup and approve free samples; custom coffees may take a round or two.
- Package – Supply your own bags, or we source custom packaging through our manufacturing partners.
- Produce & Reorder – Your first run is roasted fresh; reorders are placed through our online partner portal.

Low by industry standards. We set them during your consultation based on your volume and packaging.

No. Samples are always free.
Who owns a custom recipe?
You do. Private label recipes developed for your brand remain yours.
Can you ship directly to my customers?
