Farmer Derek Klingenberg goes to origin for coffee hugs

Since our start in 2015 we have been privileged to develop direct sourcing relationships with two coffee producers, and our longest relationship has been with Gold Mountain Coffee Growers in the Matagalpa department (state) of Nicaragua, who we ordered our first large shipment of coffee from back at the start.

In March of 2018 we took our first trip to Nicaragua to visit the Gold Mountain folks and tour some farms that produce our coffee, and we even sourced a 90+ cupping Pacamara natural process coffee that went on to win two medals in the Golden Bean North America roasters competition in late 2018.

So it was a real gift to be able to go back again so soon in January of 2019. This time I took a few friends with me, including my business partner/friend/cattle rancher/YouTuber, Farmer Derek Klingenberg. And just yesterday he posted this awesome video on his YouTube channel. Check it out!
